Tax advisory might not sound like a frontier industry — but it’s one of the biggest untouched markets for real-world AI.

We’re rebuilding it from the inside: by acquiring leading firms and turning them into automated, data-driven organizations.

As Founding Engineer, you’ll be at the core of this transformation — designing, building, and scaling the systems that make it work.

What you’ll do

• Automation & Infrastructure: Build tools that turn hours of repetitive work into seconds of clean execution.
• Product & Workflows: Translate real accounting and advisory processes into scalable, AI-powered software.
• Integration: Connect systems and data across multiple firms to create one coherent platform.
• Collaboration: Work directly with founders, advisors, and product teams to ship solutions that make people faster.
• Architecture: Shape our tech stack and set the foundations for speed, reliability, and scale.
